Go to Newsletters where you will enter into the Newsletter Wizard.
On step number 3, 'Compose Message', use one of our pre-built templates for your Newsletter. Or start new email from scratch. On the right side of the page, you'll find our Dynamic Tags.
All you need to do is to click on the Tag you want to add to the personalize the Newsletter, it could be your customer name, their last order details, product recommendation and you're good to go!
