Migration - How do I Import Contacts/Data from Capsule CRM? Print

Importing your Contacts or Leads as a CSV file is a great way to control exactly how your data will be populated in RevampCRM. You'll want to take a few preliminary steps to make sure that your CSV is formatted properly for the import.

Tip: It's a good idea to check for duplicate contact records before exporting your CSV!

Steps:

Importing your data:

1- Go to the Integration menu, choose 'Other CRMs' from the drop-down on the top right, then locate Capsule CRM and click.

2- A popup to choose CSV file will appear.

After selecting your file you will be able to add more tags and score those contacts for better organizing your database.
